Thank you for choosing TechEdge Repairs Ltd. We’re committed to delivering high-quality repairs, products, and excellent customer service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase or repair, please read the following policy regarding returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 28 days of the purchase or repair date. Purchases made in store will be refunded as a Store Credit to be used against future purchases.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).

  • Repair services are not eligible for refund once completed, unless a fault arises due to workmanship or faulty parts under warranty.

  • Custom-ordered parts or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Sale or clearance items can only be returned if they are faulty.


2. How to Return or Exchange

To begin a return, please contact us by email at sales@techedge.repair or call us on 01492 535 888 with your order number and the reason for the return.
Alternatively, you can visit us in person during our opening hours:

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is defective or the error is ours.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service. TechEdge Repairs Ltd cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we aim to process your refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction on their end.


5. Exchanges

  • To exchange a product (e.g., for a different model or accessory), please get in touch to confirm stock availability.

  • Any price difference between exchanged items must be settled before dispatch or collection.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately via phone or email.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

  • Repairs found to be faulty due to workmanship or defective parts will be repaired free of charge under our standard 90-day warranty.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective, the following cannot be returned:

  • Completed repair services

  • Special order or customised parts

  • Items marked as “final sale”
